Academic Excellence
Objectives:
  1. Identify successful/unsuccessful academic programs.
  2. Increase the overall GPA of our chapter.
  3. To provide our chapter with resources to obtain scholarship.
Goals:
  1. 90% chapter participation in academic programs.
  2. Chapter GPA of 3.0 and above.
  3. Update the chapter test bank.
  4. 100% of membership aware of all regional scholarships.

Technical Excellence
Objectives:
  1. Encourage research by informing the general body of the short and long term benefits of research.
  2. Assist members in obtaining funding for undergraduate research.
Goals:
  1. To have 100% of our chapter members aware of research opportunities.
  2. Gather information concerning available research opportunities across the campus.

Leadership
Objectives:
  1. Continual development of leadership within the chapter.
Goals:
  1. Have 100% chapter leaders enhancing and developing their leadership skills.
  2. Build the leadership skills of the general body.

Communications
Objectives:
  1. Establish and sustain an active chapter website and newsletter.
Goals:
  1. 100% of all chapter members and junior chapter members have access to our chapter website by September 2007.
  2. Membership actively using the website and server email as the primary source for conference, regional and chapter information.

Financial Vitality
Objectives:
  1. Ensure the chapter makes financial decisions aligned with the LRP.
Goals:
  1. Ensure that our financial zone has the capacity to keep the chapter expenditure aligned with the LRP.

Cultural Awareness / Community Service
Objectives:
  1. Invoke cultural awareness in our chapter activities and events.
  2. Contribute to the community through service.
  3. To provide the PCI students with experiences that will be beneficial to their professional and collegiate growth.
Goals:
  1. To insure at least 30% of our programs incorporate cultural awareness.
  2. Have 20% of our programs be beneficial to the community.
  3. Establish relationships with all schools within our PCI program.

Academic Education & Career
Objectives:
  1. To implement programs that include long range career planning for chapter members
Goals:
  1. Provide all members with the necessary tools and information for long range career planning
